When UBET (operating out of Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory) changed its name to TAB, customers needed to be told what was coming. Using the tagline *That's not a big deal, (when referring to the name change) TAB was able to promote its beneficial offers that were actually even bigger deals.
A direct mail piece (A5 folding out to A2) and a suite of eDMs were created to put the punters at ease and get them excited about the advantages about becoming TAB members.
